The color, aroma, fragrance and sugar balance of our honey produced in the high-altitude Ardahan plateaus are entirely derived from the collected nectars.Ardahan honey, which is completely original since there is no agricultural spraying and fertilization in the region, crystallizes into a cream two or three months after it is put in the jar.
This is a unique feature of Ardahan honey.
